Order Processing Time:

Most items will ship out within 3 business days of your order (business days don't include weekends or public holidays). This applies to all orders, including those with expedited shipping.

 

Make sure you provide correct name and address when submitting your order.

You'll get an auto-generated email shortly after placing your order. If you don't receive it within an hour, please email contact@portalvisions.com

Order Processing and Transit Times:

Rainbow of Dreams Unique Gemstone Jewellery; When jewellery pieces are: "Custom Made/ on demand".

What this means is that, in most cases, your jewellery piece/pendulum is not created until you place the order for it. If there are other orders ahead of yours, I make them in the order that they're submitted - first in, first out. Sometimes I am completely caught up and can complete your jewellery piece/pendulum in a single day. But in most cases it takes about 3 days to complete your order.

If your order does not contain any jewellery pieces/pendulums or other handmade items.

I don't make it wait in line and it will generally go out within a day or two of order placement.

I understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so I ship your order as promptly as I possibly can. I make every effort to ship within 3-5 business days of order placement and in many cases; I'm able to process and ship your order sooner.

 

Exceptions to this are:

• Incomplete name or address shipping information

• Public Holidays

Please note that occasionally order processing may take longer due to large order volumes associated with public holidays or special promotions. International orders pass through customs, delays due to covid19 which may add additional delays.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Incurs Additional Shipping Charges:

Please make sure that you provide correct name and address at the time you place your order.

Rainbow of Dreams is not responsible for delays and additional shipping charges that may occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you the customer.

 

When placing your order, please double check what you have entered your name and address before hitting the submit button - especially if you are located outside of Australia.

You'll receive an auto-generated email shortly after placing your order and you can review all the information a second time. If you see a problem in any of the shipping info, please let me know immediately so that I can update the shipping label before your order goes out.

 

If you have supplied incorrect or incomplete shipping information (name or address) - even inadvertently or unintentionally, and your package is undelivered as a result - when the package comes back to Rainbow of Dreams - there is an additional charge to reship to the corrected address. This is simply because I am charged by the post office to reship something a second time - the same as the cost to ship it the first time.

 

Lost Packages:

On rare occasions, through no fault of Rainbow of Dreams or the customer, all packages are sent via Australia Post with tracking included may not arrive at its destination.

After checking with the post office all the details of the delivery and tracking dates details, it may be necessary to submit a lost item report with Australia Post .  

In the rare chance that this occurs, Rainbow of Dreams may reship the order, provided the items are in stock - but only after a reasonable time has elapsed and all checking has been thoroughly completed. I will first require the customer's written confirmation in a Statuary Declaration that the package was never received and information as supplied from Australia Post .
